it did arrive perfectly fine, i mean its nothing fancy it is as it is advertised, it doesn't come with any liquid and it is clear that it doesn't, after i bought it i realized its a bit of a hassle to fill it up with a liquid that you buy because if you did buy the cleaning liquid its going to either be a spray or a bottle that you can just wet a piece of cloth and clean your phone with and the bottle of this product is very very small and the cloth around it is awkward to clean with as you can see in the photos, but it did not arrive broken
